Con artisits.. stay well clear!!!!If I could do a zero star. They would get it..My partner went for a MOT, and when she leaving a guy who worked there was helping her back out. She noticed a mini parked up at the rear of the garage that the front was completely smashed up.As she turned the tyre of my car bumped another mini that had just pulled in on the right-hand side, not even leaving a mark.She didn't realise as she was looking over her left shoulder and being backed out by an employee.A few weeks later, my insurance rang me and informed me that I had drove into the front of a mini, writing off the mini, and causing whiplash on 2 people and drove off..I had an investigator come and look at my car, and he couldn't even find a scratchOn the last day that the third party (Essex auto centre) could provide evidence, they sent cctv footage of my misses bumping off this car. It was not even the same car they was trying to claim for.Then I found out that this is not the 1st time these con artists (Cash the owner and his partner of Essex Auto Centre) have tried this..My insurance has risen all because of these con artists!!!!!!I have read the response from Essex auto centre. And I can confirm that after looking on companies house website. It was the owner who put the moody claim against me. And I have the CCTV footage of the accident and the report from my insurance company. Don't trust Essex auto centre!!!!
Great service from the brothers. Had to get my clutch replaced, spoke to Kash who gave me an extremely competitive quote and since I was at work, Zah even came to collect the car within the hour though it was already late afternoon and answered all my questions. New clutch fitted by crew and ready to collect next day! Friendly and professional service, will definitely be using their services again.
Husband and I always take both our cars here for 4 years now for a car service, MOT, and anything else we may need. Tried out this garage after moving to London. Absolutely fabulous services everytime.They take pride in their work, and have great attention to detail. Always do a stellar job and I believe they are of the few left that are honest in their work and pricing.Recently had some paintwork done to my car. Amazing job done, paint match was perfect. And they returned my car cleaned inside and out, which I really appreciated. Felt like I got a new car after they finished with it!We'd recommend their services, and hope we don't have a reason to change our garage. Thank you for your services.
Kash and the crew did an amazing job. Thought that the body would need cut and welded. They managed to avoid that, rebuild it as good as new. Silver metallic always hard to match, they did a great job! Highly recommend, Great prices too.

I went and had my MOT done and they was quick friendly and on job. i needed my locking suspension fixed and they were able to do it in less than an hour .. I will definitely be using them for all my car needs in the future. I witnessed very happy customers come and go. I can’t big this place up enough. You want a reliable place and good prices this is the workshop you need to go to

This garage did an amazing job when my car went in for bumper respray and turbo pump replaced, Abid’s attention to detail and ability to get this fixed was 1st Class and I was so impressed that would definitely recommend this garage to any of my local friends and family, well done and thank you Essex Auto Centre and Abid.
Cowboys. Cut my ABS sensor whilst Changing my gearbox and left my car dangerous. Bodged repair done with white tape and told me it was fixed. It went whilst on M1 which could have caused serious accident as speed dial and car was not controllable. When gear box was changed all my wheel nuts were damaged and had to be replaced and I was sent off with 2 missing and 1 loose. They don’t care about the safety of customers. Never will I use this garage again. Poor customer service. Very rude and try to deny it was their fault.
They was very professional, they spot the problem and solved it straightaway, in a hour and half I had my car back to the road . Thank you ever so much

Great service and professional and friendly customer service l. I visited the team recently on the back of a recommendation, they have worked on my son's Honda Civic with respect of works which includes extensive welding on the the sills, alongside the crank seals repairs. Very professional, and great prices. Highly recommended. The garage also works on an array of vehicles which includes classic, modern classic, to your more luxury cars. I will be bringing my other two cars soon. One tip definitely book in advance, the garage is very busy.Thank you Abid and Kash!!

Absolutely Fantastic Service.I had some major dents on my RR Sport body, and the wheels had so many scratched, my car is due to go back to the lease company, so I took it to them, they found couple more minor dents, and they tackled the problem head on.Now my RR Sport looks even newer than when I first leased it.Absolutely Fantastic Guys, Kash kept me in the loop and updated throughout the process.Highly recommend these guys.

Got rear ended on the A12, gave the guys at Essex auto centre a call and within 48 hours they put me in touch with an accident management company who handled my full claim.In the time they did this, I was provided a great replacement vehicle while the liability was proven to be 100% the other driver’s fault.Communication from Kash and Zaha was top notch throughout, making me aware of every step, any changes and what the repair status of my car was.Within 2 weeks, with me paying £0 and my insurance being unaffected, I was given back my original car completely repaired, as good as new. Honestly can’t recommend this garage enough. Rare to find such honest people these days, but Essex Auto Centre is where to find them.
Great service. I crashed the front of my 2011 Micra and Kash was great - super accommodating throughout the process, kept me updated and was always really helpful. Explained what was wrong and gave me a much more affordable price than other places. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be using again in the future.
Great experience. Had to replace the clutch on my Audi A3 and Essex Auto Centre did it in record time, for a very reasonable fee, and with the utmost professionalism. Great service, very happy, will use again.

Today an engine fault message appeared on the board and I went to the garage to see what it was about, where I was surprised to notice the kindness and promptness with which I was received.as soon as the diagnostics on the car started, the message disappeared, however, the competent diagnosis was done and it was free since there was nothing to do.I was again very surprised to observe the correctness even though I had an agreement regarding the payment.I found a garage where I can go with confidence in the future, so don't hesitate to call on the services of Essex Auto Centre.

I come here regulary for my car and as you can see from the image my car got absolutely pummelled. Kash arranged for a pick up truck to take my car to the garage and now it looks like it came straight out from the showroom. These are honest and trustworthy guys who will always provide an amazing service.
